ITS-SB Overview

Information Technology Services - Small Business (ITS-SB) is a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract vehicle. It is the Army's source of set asides for Small Business Service contracts of information technology (IT)-related services within CONUS, Alaska, and Hawaii. The purpose of ITS-SB is to meet the Army's enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with a full range of innovative, world-class information technology support services and solutions at a reasonable price. Through the use of ITS-SB, users have a flexible means of meeting IT service needs quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Scope: The IT services solutions are categorized in the following task areas:

  • Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT)
  • Information Assurance (IA)
  • Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)
  • Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) Engineering Services
  • Migration / Integration IT Services
  • Warranty and Maintenance

Ordering and Authorized Users: Ordering under the contracts is decentralized and is authorized to meet the needs of the Army, Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal agencies. Orders may be placed by any contracting officer from the aforementioned agencies. There is no fee to place orders against the ITS-SB contract.

Period of Performance: Five (5) Years; Three Year Base Period (11 Jul 2011 through 10 Jul 2014) with One (1) 24-Month Option Period (11 Jul 2014 through 10 Jul 2016). Extension 1: The ordering period for the ITS-SB contract has been extended by twenty-six (26) months (15 Feb 2016 through 13 Apr 2018) or until Contract Ceiling ($800M) is reached. Extension 2: The ordering period for the ITS-SB contract has been extended by an additional twelve (12) months (14 April 2018 to 13 April 2019) with one (1) Option period (14 April 2019 through 13 April 2020).
